Rude staff, they don’t communicate with each other and then speak to customers rudely when they’re confused. Bathroom was not cleaned, hair in the shower.. spoke to the manager but never got to follow up and have a conversation

This is a very new hotel, very clean, quiet, nice rooms, close to a lot of different dinning options, very nice staff, and some nice extras included in your stay. Breakfast is free with your stay, but it could use some more variety and the organization/flow needs work(like the location of the plates and cutlery). I would have gave 5 stars, but after pointing out that there was an issue with our in room kitchens stove on our return to the hotel late at night we were made to changes rooms at 11:30pm at night with no help and the only compensation for the inconvenience offered was a bottle of water. The room they changed us to was atleast was a bit of an upgrade so in the end we were still very happy with our stay.

No one came to clean the room, I asked front desk in the morning on our second day to send someone to clean but no one came. Upon my inquiry they only send towels but no one even came to take trash. Overall not a good hotel to stay.

Bad service!

I give this Hyatt in Mississauga a 2 star rating mainly due to check in which was at 3 but room was only available after 5. Which therefore we were unable to make it to the CNE Festival, which was the reason coming up this way. Kids were at least excited for swimming in the pool, but then informed the pool just closed for maintenance. The rooms themselves were clean, and not outdated.

The Hotel is nice and new however. The service is terrible they literally had 6 staff members standing at reception. And only one person was working while they all stood there and looked at the long line and did nothing. Also the walls a paper thin you can hear everyone’s around you. And the water pressure sucks !!

I don't want to give this review but only doing it hoping management sees it and can work on these things. When we arrived for check in after the check in time, our room wasn't ready. We were told this was because they were sold out the night before. We had a long day and waited until 3pm so we went expecting to check in. When we asked front desk how long, they couldn't give us an answer. We waited for a while and then front desk agent offer us a room but that wasn't what we booked. So not a good start. We stayed for 5 nights, housekeeping never came by once to freshen up the room or clean. Not 1 time. We would request new towels and it would take hours, and we would ask again, wait an hour and then call down again. It took what seemed like an unreasonable amount of time. For two days we requested extra blankets only not to get them. Then finally one day we count 4 times through the day we called down only not to get them. I then in the evening when down to front desk to ask again and then finally around 10pm we got it. I know the hotel is newly opened and they seemed unprepared, untrained and not ready to handle the scale of business. We aren't picky travelers - it's just unfortunate that this was our experience. Given our reason of travel we spent a little extra expecting the extra comfort but it was probably the lowest experience when it comes to housekeeping/service. Positives - The breakfast was among the BEST tasting breakfast we've every had for 'hotel' breakfast
