The breakfast wasn't varied. The dining room was a mess. The instructions weren't clear. The location is close to the airport, so it was normal to hear some noise. Overall, the hotel was good. The staff was professional and courteous. I might stay there again.

The employees here do not communicate effectively with each other. Lots of misinformation yet the employees take no responsibility for that. When you switch from house to place , you lose the microwave which is false advertising because it shows both have microwave, but for place you have to use the staff one which at one point I stood there for 30mins waiting for someone to help me to microwave. That’s a joke. Why not just put it in a common area. For a stay so expensive, to lose a microwave in the room just because you’re in “place” is a rip off. The stove, sure.. but a MICROWAVE? Then to have it NOT in a common area? Under lock and key, in an area that isn’t isn’t properly maintained and dirty? Sad.

The price of travel is out of control, but we were able to stay here for a fairly reasonable price. The hotel was clean, felt safe and could accommodate our family in one room. This is enough to garner a 5 star review from me.

Not a 3 star!

There was no airport shuttle as indicated on their website.A taxi was provided but only after multiple calls and I was told to make the call myself. Resulted in a 45 min wait before checking in. The room was not like indicated in the picture. The bed skirts were old and too long. I tripped on one in the night. The floors did not appear clean and the window blinds had holes in them. The worst problem was that I felt the sheets had not been changed. They had a very strong odour of muscle lineament. I tried both beds and it was the same strong smell. The corridor was noisy and I got very little sleep. Would not return to this hotel.

The stay was okay and safe for family. However, I find it annoying that they only scheduled our room to be cleaned once in 3 days not everyday. Hence, we have to clean our room ourselves and take out our garbage some days. If I wanted to clean, I would have gone for Airbnb not hotel. At a point, they didn't refill our toilet paper and we have to buy personal toilet paper to use some days.

Needs work

New hotel. Needs work to be on par with the others in the area. Phone service was not working and was not able to reach hotel to get picked up at the airport on arrival even though hotel says shuttle service. Shuttle from to and from Airport was just an uber. Breakfast was not in included like the other Hyatts down the street. Wanted to cancel my stay and rebook with another hotel but was told I had to go through hotels.com and would get charged the full stay.
