My husband and I brought our dog with us for a local dog show. It was nice that dogs were allowed and they gave us a little gift for her. Originally it was missed that I had specified that our dog was coming and they assigned us to the incorrect room. It was caught very quickly and we switched to the 2nd floor. There was ample green space for her to go potty The light over the couch wasn't working. We tried 3 different wall switches which apparently do nothing. The room was clean and fresh looking. The staff were very friendly. We didn't have breakfast there or use the pool or gym, so I can't comment on that. We would definitely stay again.

Very good value for money, has free airport shuttle and hotel is high quality. We had a long layover at YYZ and booked this hotel last minute at an affordable price, we were accomodated with early check in and storef our bags for free. Very good customer service both shuttle driver and hotel staff.

Staff was kind. Check in and out were easy. $11 breakfast was fine for $11, I feel like I would have been annoyed if we would have paid more. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. Elevators were really fast and well maintained. Showers need to be bleached better. No microwave in the room for if you save any leftovers, but there's a mini fridge and a safe. Fifth floor view was nice. Room was chic. The double screen was really cool for the window. The tv worked with my husband's PS4, I love that it's on an adjustable mount. The body soap kinda sucked, I needed so much of it just to get a lather. Towels were nice. Toilet paper was really mid. Pillows were excellent, bed was too soft. Mirror was really nice, lighting was great, couch was SO comfy. Restaurant was great. Parking was also good.
