The room I was given had bed bugs. (See Photos). After a long and exhausting drive, I was hoping for a clean and comfortable stay. Upon discovering the bed bugs, I immediately contacted the front desk and requested to speak with a manager. The manager was unprofessional and did not handle the situation properly. When you book a hotel, you expect a certain level of service and cleanliness—unfortunately, that was not the case here. Seriously there is nothing but good things to say about this place! It’s fantastic- clean, clean, amenities a+, food A+, just wonderful! This will be my go to stay in Mississauga from now on. Only issue if any is the room door slams - that’s not an issue at all just saying if anyone is looking for a reason to say anything bad about this place!
