Good Clean Rooms Reasonably Priced

We have stayed at this property a couple of times and always had a good experience. Staff was again friendly and helpful. Lots of parking on the weekend. Modern, clean room with all the amenities you would expect. The only issue was the heavy smell of pot that you could smell in the hallway from inconsiderate customers.

Wanted my money back. 4 th floor was all the smell of weed. No smoking facility. Had to put a towel under the room door. Friday in the suite was off. Dumpster bin at the front for room Reno blocking parking. Homeless at the front entrance. Drywall ceiling pulled down on the main entrance lobby. Fronto doors seem broken. Just pulled down. Cleaning staff pushing their way into the elevator as cannot wait for the next ride. Whatever who cares. Pre paid room you have my money. Reported it. And ok. Thanks. Don’t stay there.

This hotel is the one I go to everytime I travel. The room was absolutely beautiful, minus it being so hot. That was an easy fix though. It’s nice and quiet while you’re trying to get sleep for your flight or work, but would love to have curtains that close all the way to take away the lights outside. Otherwise it was a great stay, and a beautiful room.

I liked how close the property was to the airport. However, I did not appreciate the cleanliness (or lack thereof) in the room I was staying in. I also didnt appreciate that part of the hotel was under renovation (which I only found out afterwards) and work was being done directly above my room so my family couldnt sleep in at all. They have a beautiful property at their Markham location, but I wont be staying at this location again.

Disappointment...

Very outdated and not great service. We have stayed at other Monte Carlos before and they were great. Cigarette burns and rather dirty jacuzzi tub. I would not recommend....
