This place was very dirty. There was a nose ring and food crumbs under the bed covers and some stains, and it was very, very dirty underneath the bedsheets. I don’t think they have been clean for I don’t know how long. We also could not use the bathtub which we paid extra for because it was so dirty and there was black stuff coming out of the Jacuzzi holes and hair everywhere, we tried to wipe it, but there was still nasty little hairs and black dots that would come out of the water when we try to fill it up. The safety also concerns me a little since we got asked by two teenagers outside to try to get into a room and help them pay for it. The only reason I’m not giving this a lower star is because the breakfast was actually very delicious I ordered it twice and the kitchen staff was very nice.

The room wasn’t clean properly. There was some concerns about the carpet but it was addressed right away however in the washroom in the shower there was hair left on the walls from previous people which wasn’t cleaned before we were given the room. Last time we came the rooms were in better condition

Nice hotel

Great hotel for a short visit innthe Toronto area. Near the airport and highway. The hotel was clean and well made up. The room was also clean and well appointed. There were some issues with the tv, otherwise a nice little hotel.

Upon entering my room, it smelt like cigarettes especially in the bathroom. The fridge wasn’t working and took maintenance to come and replace it. Requested a crib beforehand and had to call many times to get it to my room which was very unsanitary so I didn’t end up using it anyways. I also found a piece of black hair on my bed that evening. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again.
