When we arrived in our room we immediately noticed the refrigerator was not working. We tried to use the hotel phone to call the front desk which unfortunately was not working either. I had to use my own cell phone to call the hotel front desk. When the hotel was informed of the refrigerator not working, they sent somebody upstairs to check the fridge and we were told unfortunately nothing could be done. It is very upsetting that we charged full price for the room but got mediocre service and facilities.

Basically from breakfast to the room I don’t have a good impression, the sink in the bathroom was clogged, the love seat in room was very dirty and needed a deep washing, the breakfast was very cheap and basic not continental at all, so I’m not happy at all
