The location of the hotel was very nice as i was able to walk to all the destinations that I wanted to go to. And it was close to the most of the tourist attractions.

Lovely hotel. The room was very clean and had a fridge, ample plug sockets and a comfortable bed. It was extremely quiet and I couldn’t hear any street noise or noise from other guests in my room. It’s a great location in old Toronto near to Union Station and lots of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I spent my very wedding anniversary here with my husband. One more we ordered food and sadly it sat in the lobby and got cold. There should have been some form of communication. I told the driver to leave it with the front desk which they did but they put it off to the side. It took me calling to inform about the food for them to say “oh yes it’s been here”

Unbeatable location. The rooms though were pretty basic - small, old carpets. Personally I wouldn't stay there again and would rather spend the money staying somewhere nicer that is a little less central.

While I love this hotel, the prices are just getting to be insane. They’ve easily doubled in the few years I’ve been staying here. Despite that, the area is perfect when downtown for events. Good restaurant options across the street.
