I was travelling for a week and a half before I arrived at this room and it was delightful to be in an apartment with a fridge, dishwasher, freezer, laundry, and everything you need to use it. The laundry in particular (there's no directions for where you put the detergent - it's on the left). I'll just say that staying in downtown Toronto means there is going to be noise and chatter. I expected that. However, it was a bit nuttier than expected because of the ACLS but also - go Jays! My room had an incredible view - really inspiring. I woud definitely stay here again over a conventional hotel. Papa Johns in the building saved me after a 13 hour flight. There's also a Starbucks and a ton of local places around. The Metro (grocery store) is a short walk away. Last thing - I wasn't happy about the way they wanted me to send financial info for the deposit and my ID. They contacted me to do this over WhatsApp and I said I was not comfortable with that. Fortunately, they accommodated me and met me at the door when I arrived so i could give my information in person. I appreciated that. I think they should make that policy a bit clearer on the Expedia website however.

On arrival we had problems with a malfunctionning fob, with connecting to the internet because it had inadvertently been disconnected in our unit and with the electric blinds which were not working. The redeeming feature of this place is their prompt response and efficient service. There was always good communication with Mohit who did a great job in fixing everything!

The suite was small but just what we needed. Very clean and the balcony helped out for the smokers, not having to leave the building. The check in process was convenient and fast! It was perfect!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The views from the room were great, the space was clean, it’s in walking distance from a lot of amenities, and the host is very responsive. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The room was clean and the location of the building was convenient for walking to many downtown locations. Also communication was very good with those that manage the place. However, the kitchen was poorly equiped in terms of utensils and cups. The toilet kept making running noise in the night. Also we thought the balcony would be nice but the units are so close and we were at the corner of the garden view so we ended up keeping the blinds down all the time because we did not want the other units to see inside.

We had a great space that easily slept five with a beautiful wrap around balcony with incredible city views. Highly recommended.
