We had a fantastic stay at panorama suites this April. The comms was great throughout with very professional polite and clear help. The location is perfect, close to downtown amenities and sights. The apartment on 33rd floor was incredible! We opted for city views and wow what a view! Wraparound balcony and even glimpse of the lake! We would definitely again!

Blackout curtains needed

It is a good space to stay, but it needs full blackout curtains, it’s hard to rest when having the sunlight right in your face. Security and concierge staff (some of them) are pretty rude.

The suite was impeccably clean, though I missed having hair conditioner, a standard amenity I expect in hotels. The hallway had a noticeable food odor. While the proximity to Tim Hortons and Starbucks was convenient, a fire alarm disruption occurred overnight, which property management confirmed was a false alarm. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.

Great location. TTC 505 stops right next to the building. Grocery is only about 3 blocks away (Metro). Walkable to St. Lawrence Market (~10 min walk) and lots of restaurants to choose from. The suite was clean and feels new. Communication is excellent. Texts are replied promptly and no issues. Highly recommend!

My room exceeded my expectations! It is located perfectly in the city to make walking to restaurants and attractions very accessible. The view was amazing! The staff was available to anwer my every question. I will be booking again soon.

Nice place, great for moving around old town Toronto. Easy access to the city for anywhere you needed to go. Parking was a little more difficult, I got a ticket, I thought I paid in advance long enough, but it was my fault, I didn't check the date on the receipt, so doublecheck that. Lyft/Uber seemed to be the option better for me than trying to park everywhere all the time, so plan ahead. But nice clean great environment, more amenities than I needed on this short trip, but a great place for certain.
