Nice location, room is great, overall pretty clean, but some area with rooms for improvement. Bed is slightly weird on size with the bed frame showing. I booked with Expedia and supposed to get thr VIP access, did not provide by the hotel. No water provided by hotel as well. Probably will go back to doubletree not too far away with much better service

Pantages is in an amazing location downtown near the Eaton Centre. Variety of food within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean with a: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, nice TV, and comfortable bed. The friendly staff can hold bags if you need to leave them and check you in early if you're ahead of schedule.

Staff was accommodating and gave us an early check in when it was available, bed was super comfortable and washroom was clean, lots of space and storage. Very convenient - walking distance to eaton center and food places, bus stops/ttc nearby. Only one concern me and my friend had was 2 guys from maintenance knocked and asked if they could check something in the wall of our room but we declined as we didn't feel comfortable, I feel like this should be done when the room is not occupied yet by guests.
