The shuttle was hard to arrange and hear on the phone. The front lobby was dirty and when shown to our room there was puke on the floor and a bed was unmade. The airport shuttle man yelled at me on the phone, no respect to people at all. Would not come to the airport for over 1.5 hours because “he was just there”. Took a taxi to the room and have not been reimbursed. At the hotel, electric work was shoddy and will be reported to the authority accordingly. My husband received an electrical shock from the loose lamp outlet. We have pictures and videos and will be following up to ensure other travellers are not injured. The hotel is lucky the shock was small and my husband was uninjured. There was no manager on site the entire 12 hours we were there and nobody has responded to our emails that they advised us to send. Hotels.com should remove this as an option from their website for liability reasons. I will be seeking a full refund + compensation for my stay. Should have never needed a taxi from the airport nor an Uber to the airport the next morning but alas, the airport shuttle is hardly existent. The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in Canada. This was the last night of my honeymoon and it was beyond awful.

Airport shuttle took over an hour to arrive after calling the hotel and shuttle lines multiple times. Staff was rude when I called back after 45 min of waiting after the first call. Room was in bad condition - paint chipping, grime in the bathroom, hallway carpets dirty and falling apart. Weird noises coming from the ceiling. Left after sleeping for only 3 hours.

Jade, who works at reception, went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. She helped arrange a surprise visit from a friend with remarkable results. She also helped us with transportation around the area giving us pointers and assistance. She would be the reason we would rebook!

I stood there 3 days and they did not clean my room ,I had to ask for towel.The room had a moldy smell and they were many people hanging out side like they live there.Is was not noisy . Breakfast was ok.staff was not friendly.I call for late checkout at 12 it was ok ,then a lady with on attitude banging on the door before 12:00 it show me there was no communication.
