The staff were great. Night 1 my room door wouldn’t shut without me putting the deadbolt on it. The hallway was always very dirty walking to the room and had a funky smell. They have a skunk living in/near their garbage can and almost had an unfortunate run in.

Flew to Toronto for a few days and stayed here. The bed was hard and not very comfortable to sleep on. The walls in our room were dirty and very yellow. The staff was amazing letting us check in early and the free shuttle to and from the airport was probably the best thing from our stay. I would stay there again if it was our last option. If looking for a cheap stay in a hotel that isn’t great quality stay here.

Rooms are dated. I had to sleep at the foot of the bed as the plug closest to the bed was not working which I’d flagged the first day and was told someone would come by the next day however, that didn’t happen.

Everything you need really

Good solid stay close to Airport with good shuttle service. Staff helpful. Rooms decent and clean. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. Ideal for a 2 night stay. Rented a car to visit Niagara Falls from airport and used shuttle for drop off and pick up.
