The room was clean and staff super friendly. Very comfortable stay. Only complaint is the sound proofing could be better, we could hear a lot of door opening and closing/kids yelling and running. But even that was more on the other guests than the hotel.

I loved having a suite with fridge small stove and microwave. I have food allergies and I appreciated being able to care for myself. Would have loved clearly visible GF and DF signage at breakfast. Shame we use paper plates at a Marriott. Would have expected higher standards.

Unexpected upgrade!

I booked a room with 1 king bed and a sofa bed for myself and 2 children. At checkin, the person at the front desk upgraded us to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite for no charge, which was very much appreciated by my kids (and me too).

Everything was great. Pool water was a little chilly, but hot tub was perfect. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. No complaints. Great getaway with friends in Toronto.

We used to stay at the neighboring hotel but it’s being town down for a condo development so we started staying here. Now I’m sad we didn’t start staying here sooner. We like this property because we can park our truck and walk to the subway station instead of battling downtown traffic and parking fees. The rooms are very well equipped, full kitchen and separate sitting and bedrooms. Free breakfast in the morning is a bonus!

The internet was terrible. This was brought to receptions attention but they just gave me a phone number to call IT. I called IT but they didn't do much. This was exceptionally poor experience I had in this hotel. Never had the same or similar issue anywhere else. Good internet is a vital basic thing that this hotel didn't have!!!
