we needed an extra key (only got one for 2 people going separate places during the day) and it took 2 days and several requests on our part to get it. There were no proper instructions on how to get to the exercise room on the 15th floor, and we were not informed about the ongoing construction there.

Beautiful place, great location, and smooth communication. Highly recommend! There may be no onsite parking available with your unit but there are lots of options with public parking with overnight parking.

staff was helpful and the unit was clean. The unit wasn't fancy but the layout was fantastic for our group of 3. Very spacious and good value for what we paid. The location was outstanding with excellent access to all that downtown Toronto has to offer.

The view was great, the building was great. The post was a bit misleading about the lack of parking but there is other parking nearby. My room was 28°C when I got there and I was unable to get it below 23°C with the window open, a fan going and the door cracked open. The place itself felt kind of cheap and beat up.

Overall, we had a very good stay. check-in was a bit iffy, the security guard was rude and abrupt. We arrived in Toronto 11 am off a flight from Scotland and had to wait till 4 to check in, four came and went and we had to chase up the keys as the cleaner hadn’t returned them yet. A resident assaulted me getting out of the lift then subsequently put in a complaint anout me, we asked for the resident to come and speak to us to discuss with the security guard, however She never appeared. That being said excellent location excellent communication would definitely stay again.

The property was incredible! the support was very good, they answer all my doubts. And was a very pleasant stay. The only opportunity area that I found was the elevator, there were only one elevator working of three, and in some hours the quantity of people waiting for the elevator was high, we are talking about 15-20 minutes.

Unfortunately the building had shut down the air conditioning system for the season. Our room was 26.5 - 23.5 degrees which was difficult for sleeping. There was only 1 of 3 elevators in service for this 27 storey building. Wifi did not operate in our room. The front desk was not helpful with any of the above. We would look for other places for the future.

The property is in an amazing location very close to the CN Tower and Scotia Bank Arena. The only downside it the Condo was poorly maintained. Half the lights where burnt out, Two mirrors and a dresser where not affixed to the walls. and the inexpensive bedframe was only six inches above the floor which made the bed very hard to get in and out of. The furniture was cheap and very low quality.
