I'm not sure if I'll stay here again next time visiting Toronto. When sent the check in instructions it says "Our staff will personally escort you to your unit and provide you with the key and fob" a staff member met us in the lobby, showed us how to use the FOB for the doors and elevator, but they did not personally escort us to our room, they gave me the key/fob on the elevator said the floor/room number and got off on their floor and left us to try to find our room ourselves, luckily it wasnt hard to find but they did not show us the room, where the trash area was, or provide us with any information about our room. The staff member seemed like they were in a rush and didn't want anything to do with us but to leave. The whole process with the staff member felt rushed and it was not a good experience.
The room itself was nice, but it was a bit dirty in some areas, all the dishware seemed like it just came out of the dishwasher and none of it was dry. All the glasses and utensils was still wet in the cabinets. There was wine glasses with water left in them, all the pots and pans didn't seem cleaned, along with the utensils there was dry food visibly left on them and it was disgusting. The bed in the room was the most uncomfortable and hardest bed I think I've ever slept on, my back and body was hurting when I woke up, it wasn't great. Some areas in the bathroom seemed like they weren't cleaned in awhile, Some pillows had stains on them as well which was disgusting.
