The coffee machine wasn’t cleaned out from previous user. No hot water - the water was luke warm at best. This was rather unpleasant seeing that it was freezing outside and we just wanted to have a hot shower… stayed for 2 nights. Front desk gave almost $50 for the inconvenience…

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Only thing I wish they had better tv channels to watch movies. Would’ve lined to watch Christmas movies (channel 15). Like we’ve done in the past. Too many sports channels!
