This was a great hotel experience. Our suite was fantastic and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping it clean and fresh. Concierge service was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We were staying here for our wedding. The hotel, upon check-in, told us there was unexpected “maintenance” and said they have to relocate us to another hotel Saturday night. They left no details on what the “maintenance “ was - it’s completely unacceptable this caliber of hotel and luxury scale would do this to PAYING customers at CHECK-IN.

First impression the lobby was outstanding. Beautiful setting with a great vibe. However we arrived well over a hour after our check-in time and instead of going right to our room we were informed our room wasn’t ready and they were going to charge us $75 to upgrade to a room that was ready. The room was nothing special it didn’t even have a c-charger port to charge our modern phones and the hotel phones are terribly out of date, could barely make out the person on the other end when calling front desk. Overall it was fine, gorgeous facility but nowhere close to worth the cost. Wouldn’t book again.

The spa was so relaxing. Highly recommend getting a massage from James. The staff in the hotel were extremely kind and helpful. The only thing that was wrong was that our room phone wasn't working, anytime we needed something we had to go downstairs and ask for it. They accommodated but it was a bit of a hassle. We explained this to about 2-3 staff members, but they were more focused on getting us what we requesting (which is awesome) as opposed to addressing the phone issue. The phone would keep ringing to the concierge but not answer. Aside from that very clean and inviting facility. The best massage ever. Truly.
