Not impressed at all

This hotel building needs serious renovation. Bathroom tub, walls, doors, carpet all are dated. Showing extreme signs of age. Nothing like a high end hotel. Location is very central. Not so attractive when you can’t sleep at night due due to train noise every 30 minutes. Construction around the area also make it not practical for a walk. Our stay in August didn’t really impress.

Overall a good experience

The kids loved the pool. The location was good. The bedroom could use improvement. The pillows were very flat and we much have been next to a service room, because there was a lot of equipment or hvac noise all day and night.

After entering the room, noticed the bathroom door was not closing. It was cut too small and had warer damage preventing it from closing. Called front desk abd maintenance cane to fix it. About an hour later 2 maintenance people were in abd out if the room fixing it. Also the drawer to get to the safe was broken off the hinges, maintenance had to fix that as well. Not a good start to our stay.

I had issues with my room due to the AC not working, the staff was amazing and went beyond making sure myself and my daughter was comfortable as she is special needs. All staff members were so kind and caring toward my daughter and also was so supportive and kind. I highly recommend this hotel and will be vack in the coming future.

Other than the homeless approaching you for a hand out everytime you go outside, and i know that really nothing can be done, i enjoyed the property inside and out, and the pool area is amazing

The rooms were small. I requested a cot but it could not fit in the room. The woman who checked us in did not give any sort of run down of the property. It took a bit to realize our room was not in the tower. Pool and fitness room AMAZING.
