I stayed for 6 nights. On night 1 our toilet wasnt flushing.. maintenence came and fixed it immediately. Everything else was great. There is a bus stop leading to Lawrence station and then the train to finch which takes you downtown to eaton centre or other attractions. Loved the indoor swimming pool as well. Overall stay 9 out of 10. Will definitely be back with my entire family.

the hotel is located outside of the city Toronto which gives vast space of parking spaces, yet they still have the audacity to charge travelers 20 dollars per night parking fee.

I didn't have a good experience staying at Sheraton this time unfortunately. First, the check in time was 3pm. I got there close to 4pm but the receptionist told me that my room wasn't ready and she needed to check with the housekeeper. I said I was in rush and I really had to check in to get ready for my plan. She then gave me another room. I did request more towels and water bottles when I booked the room. When I checked in, the receptionist said somebody would delivery them to my room soon. Nothing was brought until I came down to the lobby to ask them late night then somebody brought to my room. Second, the room was way too hot. I called them to check and they told me AC hasn't been turned on this time of the year and recommend me to open the window. I already did but still sweating inside the room. They then sent a fan to my room. Also, I took shower today before checking out, the water just suddenly stopped and I had to wait for the water to be back to rinse my hair. I don't understand how come a big hotel like that let the guests stay in a room with poor conditions. Next, I stayed in my room while the housekeeper was cleaning up my room. I wouldn't agree that She did a good job on that. She did everything real quick which I appreaciated but how she vaccumm and cleaned the toilet was very careless. I doubt it if it's really clean in the room. I was very excited for my trip this time staying Sheraton hotel. But turned out was a terrible experience.

Great location (near the airport) and has TTC Bus stops nearby. 24 hour shuttle service that operates every 30 minutes. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pretty far from the Toronto area...had an issue with deposit being pulled twice! But got the issue solved with Expedia. Rooms are somewhat small but overall not a bad stay. More of a business hotel in my opinion. Dining options were pricey!

The only snag was this creaking sound from the roof. I was on the fourth floor, it was not quiet, keeps waking me up, I needed a few hours of sleep before my flight, but it was not really a restful night. Every other thing was okay.
