Great stay, condo was nice, keyless entry system worked well, great proximity to shoppers, and grocery stores, parking was simple and well priced. My only complaint was the frying pan (teflon) is scratched beyond repair (should be changed) and the room itself could have been a tad cleaner. Location was fantastic as I was visiting a business close by.

A fantastic place for remote work! Conveniently located with easy access to everything you need. The flat is spacious, making it comfortable for extended stays, and the stunning view is an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Overall, the property is at an ok location. The facility is good and the access was easy. However, going up to the unit is a hassle especially with luggage. Multiple elevators and multiple doors and on top of that there was renovations. The unit itself was great but lighting was inadequate, and the bed was terrible to be honest, wasn’t able to sleep comfortably at all. It was making noises, and very firm mattress. The unit was well equipped, anything you need you will find there. But the renovations were horrible, and when the elevator stopped for a day it was so annoying as I had to take another elevator far from the unit. The overall communication was great and helpful.

It took us 45 minutes to figure out how to get into our tower and it was pretty convoluted and difficult. Without front of house staff from the apartment building we may still not be in our room. Once parking was figured out, our stay was wonderful! Room was well appointed. Felt like a home away from home. Sonder was well situated. And there were lots of sites and restaurants to visit in the neighborhood. Thanks for another great stay.

Overall pretty good; confusing to get in building

Since this is an apartment building, not an actual hotel, the entrance is a little confusing. There are no signs or anything indicating that it is the right building. More specific instructions on how to get into the building would be great. Lots of construction going on in the hallways, however we went on a weekend so there was no noise from it. The room itself was very nice, having the washer and dryer in the room was a huge bonus. Wifi worked great, communication with the company was also great.

The rented apartment was excellent, the codes provided worked well. But not enough explanation of where to park in the parking spaces and to get to rented apartment too much walking. Labyrinth. To access parking from apartment was fast and easy but we could not return to apartment that way. Forced to take the very long way to it which included exiting briefly the building to access one elevator then get off to take another, etc.
