First time that I’ve ever had to switch to a different room. Building and facilities are not well kept. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were updated and clean. They did not have charging outlets in the rooms though. Overall it was clean and the staff were great to deal with.

Booked the king suite room. When checked in the hotel didn’t even say anything. We didn’t notice until went to room. I went to front desk and they say no king room. And offered $12 credit and promised the king room on second night. The 2nd night , front desk said no king suite room then come to say it wasn’t promised yesterday.Didn’t get the type of room as booked. Very disorganized and dishonest.

Very happy with my experience. Very clean, Dove bathroom products in the washroom which was a bonus. You can see they take pride in their property. I would stay here again.

I checked into the hotel at 2 o’clock, requested a taxi for 3:30 am as we had a very early flight. We then received 3 calls from the front desk at 9:30 pm inquiring our hotel reservation. I’ll never stay there again.
