Front desk clerk did not know that a New York state enhanced license is acceptable identification to be Canada. She was very polite and nice but needs to be trained better.

The breakfast was awful, the eggs were ice cold, hashbrowns were soggy and cold. Was not a very good selection. Full charge was still being charged when the pool was not available for use due to renovations. That's disappointing. The amount of large trucks in the parking lot took up space for customer parking. 18 wheelers shouldn't be in the same parking.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. The facility could use some attention on the shower/tub plumbing. Overall a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Excellent HOtel!!! Free parking, plus free breakfast everyday (I had an egg and sausage bagel belt every morning). Close to 401, and other amenities. 10 stars.

We had to be transferred to a different room because I felt like bugs were crawling all over me and i was itching... My husband was sleeping in the other bed and I slept with the kids and he felt the same... We were moved to a different room and the issue with the bed was resolved but they put us in a room with a landline that wasn't working. We spent 11 days and for the entire time the breakfast options were mostly the same so you can imagine getting tired of that. We are home now and my husband has what looks like a fungus on his arm which he suspects came from the room with the itchy sheets. Safe ro say we wont stay there again although we liked the convenience of having a gas station on the property but the other issues trumped that 1 plus

I was a bit skeptical because I booked 2 rooms without looking at the previous reviews and then I started freaking out. First thing we did was to check the beds for bedbugs and everything was clear, no carpet no problem. The staff are great and they really try their best to help and accommodate you. The pool is still closed.
