Sublimely Sutton! This is going to be my go to hotel when I stay in Toronto. From the moment I arrived and through the time I had to bid farewell the stay here exceeded my expectation. The room was spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed where I slept like a baby. It was fantastic place to work remotely as I was able to go to some fabulous restaurants and explore the city very easily at night as the tram stops right outside of the hotel. The rooftop pool was so beautiful, clean and relaxing as I was able to take a dip after a long day of work. I like how they have pool towels and comfortable chairs upstairs. Special thanks to D’Andre, Jerwin, and the rest of the team for being some friendly, welcoming, professional and always being so wonderful. It was hard to leave, but I look forward to returning back again next year. If you’re debating whether to stay here or not…I’ll make it easy for you. Stay here!!!

My wife and I stayed at The Sutton Place Hotel for our wedding anniversary, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. They surprised us with a handwritten anniversary card, dessert, and two glasses of rosé, a small gesture that made a big impact. The room was spotless, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a warm, elegant atmosphere. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We loved how quiet the room was and how relaxing the space felt after a long day out in the city. Location is perfect, close to great restaurants, bars, and the Eaton Centre, which made our weekend easy and enjoyable despite the rainy weather. Overall, Sutton Place helped make our anniversary memorable in all the right ways. We’ll definitely be coming back for future celebrations. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Hotel is quiet, elevators are fast and reception staff are wonderful. Food and Beverage service at hotel is not great. Hours are irregular, even to get an early morning coffee is difficult. Our breakfast experience was terrible, waited a very long time for our food. Would stay here again but would not dine there.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous but the real gem of this location is the employees. From the second we walked in the door we were met with the friendliest, most helpful staff I’ve ever experienced at any hotel, and I travel a lot. They were warm and accommodating and went above and beyond to make my stay incredible. The rooms are huge, clean and beautiful. All amenities are perfect, valet was beyond easy. This will be my number one choice for stay any time I visit TO. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, it was perfection.
