Really enjoyed the bathroom soaker tub and the convenience of the walk in closet, and the room layout was really nice. The service was excellent and we were able to extended our stay by checking out late. Would recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel with great bathroom. Very kind to my pet and the hotel restaurant, Moretti, was excellent. Walking distance to lots of downtown including TIFF lightbox. The only downside was that I had to call to get out of the garage each time I left as the garage did not register my car despite my filling out paperwork.

Fantastic

Second time spending a weekend at this Hotel and it was just as amazing! Spend Valentine's Day weekend here. Made arrangements with the hotel concierge to decorate the room and provide wine, chocolates etc and they did a fantastic job.

Nice hotel but not worth the price.

Hotel room was nice. The room service pricing is a bit much for the extra add ons where ubering food is cheaper. Also parking lot is shared with public parking and public parking lot is still underground. It's cheaper to pay for the parking lot through public than hotel parking because it's $50 per night with the hotel whereas the public parking which is still in the same lot is $15.

Had a great stay overall. The bathrooms look incredible and having the shower, deep soaker tub and heated floors was a fantastic combination. The rooms are nicely furnished, the usual hotel standard for this level with everything in good condition. The gym seemed to have most popular equipment for the average workout. The pool and hot tub were also a great addition, although they were starting to show a small bit of dirt buildup in places. The concierge staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. I added some options from their amenity catalogue as I was celebrating a few special occasions, but the staff provided far more than I requested making for a fantastic first impression of the room. The only complaint I can think of is they were unable to provide milk with their tea. I understand not having it in a room by default but the fact the facility has no milk on site when operating restaurants and offering breakfast seems odd to me. Overall a great experience. I'll likely return again, but bringing my own milk with me

Our room was spacious clean, and comfortable - nothing fancy, but perfectly nice. The hotel only has 4 floors, so not much of a view of anything. We particularly liked the heated floors in the bathroom, the comfy bathrobes, the pool, and the terrific cookies from the cafe! The staff is very friendly and the location basically right off the highway (but still right downtown) is super convenient. Would stay again!
