I had a wonderful stay at the Soho Hotel in Toronto! The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortableperfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. Staying at this hotel was truly a joy and positive experience. From the check-in staff, Nish was extremely friendly, kind, accommodating and helpful, to the other front desk staff, Smily was equally friendly, kind, helpful, warm, and positive energy, it made the overall stay perfect. As you walk into the hotel area, it is well lit, bright, welcoming, to the elevators which was efficient, while the room itself was superb. The bathroom was lovely, with the heated floors a touch of class, while the bedroom area was perfectly designed and open. We will certainly return here for further stays.

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and kind. Underground parking on site was really convenient. Our room was clean when we arrived, the view from our room was also amazing. When we left for the night and returned, our room had been cleaned again with bottles of water beside of bed. Lots of great things to say about our stay. Only negative we experienced was in the morning before checkout. We were woken up early to noise in the hallway and some construction outside on the street (which is beyond the control of the hotel). Will for sure be coming back again.

Extremely clean, quiet, beautiful pool and hot tub, nespresso coffee machine with coffee creamers in the fridge, beautiful robes and top notch room service. Beautiful clean bathroom with lots of lovely towels. Heated floor in the bathroom. Convenience to Princess of Wales theatre. Attention to detail in terms of our stay.
