Stay was okay. 2nd time being in Toronto. I’ve booked this hotel before and it was great. This is my second stay being here and I booked this specific hotel just for the heated bathroom floor. Of course the heated floor did not work. View from my hotel sucked. Staff was friendly which was the only plus side. Don’t know if I’ll book this hotel again.

Great location for activities within the Toronto downtown district. Our only complaint would be the uncomfortable sleeping due to the air condition. The room would get to warm causing us to sweat while sleeping. We were there with other friends and their room also got warm during the night.

The staff at SOHO were so lovely, we were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and they were extremely prompt and professional when assisting with a parking lot issue we experienced. Great stay!
