Beautiful room, expensive but nice. The only reason for the lower score is that the best wasn’t very comfortable especially for the price of the hotel. The room was beautiful. The floors in the bathroom were heated. The location was convenient to the baseball stadium only a few short block walk. The parking is tight in the garage definitely for smaller vehicles and is limited.

Luxury in the heart of the city

I have a high bar on hotels, and this one met all the expectations. The room was large, excellent bedding, black out curtains and excellent service. Very nice. Everything was well maintained and the hotel was quiet. I slept well. Parking was easy and we walked to Blue Jays games. I would definitely repeat visit this hotel.

We chose the SOHO because of the proximity to Rogers Centre an the entertainment district. We showed up 4 hrs before check-in and the staff had a room ready within an hour of our arrival. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs in the area. We walked everywhere and not once felt unsafe, day or night. This hotel is definitely on our favourites list for our yearly trips to Toronto for ball games.

Didn’t like the bed- way too soft. Also no guide on the TV, so you had no idea of what was showing. Great location, very quiet hotel & great concierge, front desk & housekeeping service. Beautiful rooms.

The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. Wish we stayed longer to take advantage of the nice bathtub. Stayed one night for a concert. The hotel is very close to the venue which was very convenient. It is also not far from the train station so we were able to walk there before catching our train. Would stay here again if I was attending an event at the same venue. The air conditioning was not super strong so we found it a bit hot to sleep at night. Otherwise, the room was very good.
