This was a step you in service for me. Hotel staff was super professional and accommodating. Paid parking but easy. Tje room was excellent but the mini bar is not free. I love the bath and shower combo. We didnt have to call down for anything. Dining downstairs a plus and china town 15min walk helped with food options. I'd go back for sure. Its worth the 2hr trip across the border.

The heated floors were basically the best part of my stay . . The most shocking and main reason this will be my 1st and only visit is you charge guests for using the television? What kind of garbage is that? Never heard of a hotel of any kind charging you to turn the tv on, let alone not tell you there is a charge until you check out . . Absolutely embarassing
