My boyfriend and I stayed here because we had an event in Toronto. When we got to our room it looked very outdated, one of our lights didn’t work, I couldn’t tell if it was just previous stains that they couldn’t get out but the sheets looked dirty we also found a bloody tissue under our bed. Later when we came back from our event it was like midnight we got back and our hotel room felt like a sauna and the thermostat wasn’t working anymore both on the wall and on the actual machine as well, when I went to call down to the front desk our phone didn’t work either so we went down to tell the front desk. The front desk didn’t seem that impressed and made it seem like I didn’t check the thermostat or the machine but said they’d come up to check in a bit and if it isn’t actually working we can switch rooms. They came up checked wasn’t working so they gave us a new room key two doors down the room looked the same and the sheets still looked dirty so we slept on top of the comforter cause it made me feel so uncomfortable. I was woken up at 4:30am by the person in the room next to us have a very loud speaker phone call, I tired to go back to sleep but couldn’t not sure if it was the same person but I could hear a tv and someone using the bathroom as well. So I called down to the front desk thank god this phone worked the lady was very nice on the phone and said she we call or come up to the room and deal with it. It got dealt with. Only 1/3 elevators worked during checkout

The booking has been done for a king size bed and i have been provided with a twin bed with my partner, i had horrible experience in this hotel, the customer service, with the price i paid for the hotel is like in rural area. the bed was very noisy. i regreted booking through your company for the cheap hotel i paid expesnsive, i will put a big complaint and write a big review in google also
