Nice place. House keeping took a long time. Day 2: We were there for a concert & had no towels to shower & get ready with. This was at 4pm and our show was 5pm. That was irritating. Day 3: the conditioner was not refilled & my hair was mad at me! Day 4: the upside of slow housekeeping is that we were not harassed every 10 minutes at checkout time. Hot tub is wonderfully hot! Pool area looks drab & institutional. Restaurant only serves breakfast until 11 which is quite early for the weekend. Big downside. Staff were alll amazing! Location is wonderful

Really good hotel experience, especially for being in the area that is so close to the venue. Anywhere else would’ve been quite difficult, but this is a great location for the concert.
