Room was updated, clean, and spacious. Staff were courteous and helpful. Reasonable pricing for good location. Overall a fantastic value for Toronto — we have stayed in much pricier places with far less amenities and way less room, and we were quite satisfied with our visit.

room was big, clean, loved that it had a stove, oven, microwave, and residential fridge, love the heated garage parking that wasn’t very expensive. Staff was very friendly. Downtown, close to everything. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here a few times when I come to visit Toronto, the staff are always extremely accommodating and very welcoming. Rooms are always clean. Very close walking distance to many things. Would highly recommend staying here

The room / suite was spacious. I had a living room and big bedroom with a comfortable bed. Bathroom is well decorated. Having the included garage was great and the hotel was located right in The Village. A quick walk to a convenience store and the Metro was useful. The shower can be tough to figure out. I had to request service by the maintenance crew because I couldn’t get cold water from the bathroom sink. It was taken care of. Getting the temperature just right was difficult.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent hotel stay. We were not notified until the day before arrival that a $500 security deposit would be required, despite the website clearly stating a $100 deposit. This unexpected additional $400 was unreasonable and unacceptable. Upon entering the room, the floors were sticky, the overall quality of the room was very poor, and the temperature was extremely hot, making the space uncomfortable. The balcony was locked, preventing us from even accessing fresh air, which further added to the frustration. Additionally, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, which made resolving concerns feel impossible. We were also required to wear wristbands, and were told we could not bring a guest back, even briefly. This is highly unusual for a hotel stay. We paid for the room and should have been able to enjoy the amenities and our time there without unnecessary restrictions. Overall, the stay was not pleasant and did not come close to justifying the amount we paid. The experience fell far below reasonable expectations, and I am very frustrated with how the situation was handled.

The room was large and clean and we appreciated the Guest lounge in the lobby. The staff were all very professional and kind. This is our third year staying at the Town Inn Suites and we would definitely stay again. We did request housekeeping a few times and while they did bring us towels, we didn't get a proper clean while we where there.
