This hotel is at the best location, but they very racist booked a luxury room and they gave me a very basic room, I thought it was one of the online pictures that wasn’t real so I let go until I have to see there’s actually room Ike the picture that called luxury room, so I went downstairs and I asked what’s the difference between my room and luxury room so the lady described the room that booked but didn’t give it to me, I do not fight back with them and because Expedia never be on customers side they always make it seems it’s the customer fault so there’s nothing I can do about it, so for you future customers please be careful with them

The suite was much bigger than i expected and was good value for money. Clean, but aging property that had much wear and treat in the bathroom. Staff was pleasant enough. Laundry facilities in the basement but only one of several machines were functional. Well situated in church wellsley

Amazing walkable location - restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, work out studios, subway station, museums - all so close. Super spacious suites with full kitchen. Kind staff. They did discontinue the breakfast but coffee and tea available 24/7. This is our go-to for our annual trip to Toronto.

My stay was good. The location was convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. The upkeep of the hotel needs work and rooms also need to be updated and cleaner in my opinion. Also you cannot use the balcony.

Our stay at the Town Inn Suites Hotel was less than desirable. We had a King Bed Suite. There were no pots and pans for cooking. The cabinets were ready to fall off above the stove. There were food stains and crumbs that hadn’t been cleaned prior to our visit. There were no hooks to hang up your towels to dry in the washroom. Our shower base filled with water after each use because the grading of the tile didn’t allow for proper drainage. We also had bugs in the bathroom. Linens were yellow and not crisp white. Cleaning service was only available every second day. No air conditioning in the hallways or the elevator. It was close to Bloor Street and subway station but we wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was very kind. Not the greatest area, but the hotel itself was nice. The suite was spacious and it was also the cheapest one we could find in the area.

Everything was wonderful - we wish we could have had access to the balcony, but were told we couldn’t. Also you need better signage in the parking garage for the exit… we had to drive around for a few minutes before finding it!

Toronto getaway

It was nice and clean older structure hotel. Staff was very pleasant was a little shock on the fee for the parking on there grounds that was the only real shocker on the trip thankfully
