This hotel is a mixed bag. It's close to the U of T, subways, and good shopping if that's your thing. The front desk staff was exceptional. However, the hotel room itself is tired.

The staff here is friendly and very helpful. They have made our stay relaxing and easy. They checked in with ua a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. There is underground parking that made check in a beeeze.

Quick and easy check in - the lady even opened the doors for my mom and I. Minimal noise; spacious and efficient suite with full kitchen, island, and king size bed. 7 minute walk to subway station for easy access to downtown. Delicious breakfast at Sunset Grill, just a 5 minute walk away. Other affordable restaurants within walking distance as well. Safe and adordable stay.

Staff very friendly, approachable and helpful. I was using a rollator for mobility and someon often came and opened door for me. Elevators clean and fast, no long waits. Room spacious, beds comfortable, good linens and twoels, hairdryer, soap etc. Kitchen clean and had coffeemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, huge fridge. Living area well furnished. Floor tiles or laminate and clean. Happy no carpet. No odor. Shower walk in with handheld and rain shower head and good pressure. Lots of towels. Cleaning service came on second day out of three though did not require them . Would recommend and stay again.
