We reserved a two double bed room on an event heavy weekend so imagine our surprise to be offered two separate rooms with queen beds at no extra charge when our chosen type was unavailable. That's an amazing uptick in service right there. We were impressed with the lobby's modern touches and front desk staff were lovely. I never expect large hotel rooms in downtown Toronto so the size was perfect. My friend loved the pillows and was amazed that the room kettle was a very pricey type. Bed was comfy and bathroom a good size as well. No complaints on shower pressure & temperature either. I wasn't fond of the "musky" smelling bath products, so would love to see a more neutral scent next time. Definitely a hotel on the "hope to stay again" list.

Centrally located to Union Station, food was fantastic. Room was very small but spotless. Only thing I think is needed are curtains that actually closed (they were stationary) and not a pull down mesh blind. Didn't bother my husband I disagree. It was very uncomfortable. Friendly staff though.

Nice hotel but noisy

The pros - great location, nice decor, tasty breakfast The cons - the noise! The sound proofing between rooms was dreadful you could hear not particularly loud conversations in other rooms and unfortunately a dog barking in a room a few doors down. We were also at the back of the hotel, which you would think would be quieter, but it seemed the bins were constantly being moved around, late at night and early in the morning. So all together it wasn’t a great night sleep

Very nice hotel near the waterfront and Roger’s stadium. Eco friendly. Parking is a pain and very expensive if you are driving into the city was my only complaint.
