Each floor is a fully functional apartment and both units are connected via an interior staircase. Walk in the front door on the main level and walk down to the walk-out garden level. 2 Master Bedrooms, 4 secondary bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms, 1 half bath, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms for double the fun.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for the garage as this is our only on-site storage.

Lock the doors
Put used towels in the laundry hamper in the laundry room.

Bag all waste according to the instructions posted. It is not required to take waste outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

For stays of 7 days or longer, the Guest is required to dispose of all waste in curbside waste containers and bring waste containers to the street.
Prior to checkout, the Guest must put all used towels in laundry hampers in the laundry rooms.
Prior to checkout, the Guest must gather and sort waste in the appropriate receptacles as indicated on signs in the kitchens and laundry rooms.
