This two-bedroom, first floor holiday apartment is located in our West Wing. Comfortably furnished and with a private balcony with outdoor table and seating providing lovely sea views, this apartment is the ideal holiday getaway. The apartment is dog friendly.

This 4-Star holiday apartment benefits an open-plan layout, fully fitted kitchen and walk-in shower. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors provide excellent views of the sea which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the sofa and armchairs. The kitchen comprises an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, kettle and full range of utensils. There is a Smart TV here with a DVD player for those rainy Cornish days. The master bedroom features a King Size bed, perfect for relaxing, the second bedroom features two single beds. The bathroom comprises of a walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and a mirror. Outside is a balcony with a table and seating - perfect for taking in the superb sea views. The parking is to the rear and is a flat walk along a short walkway.

The location is truly exceptional. Located moments away from the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the South Cornwall Coast. Only a few miles from Looe, you can step out onto the South West Coastal Path, walk to great local pubs or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the unrivalled sea views.
