It is a residential complex on the seafront with a lovely community area with 4 swimming pools (two large and the other two for children) open from june to september, a pine tree that offers a very pleasant shade during the summer months and a direct door to the promenade (which is exculcably pedestrian) and to the beach. The accommodation has a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, renovated and with dishwasher, three double bedrooms with a total of one double bed and four singles, and a bathroom also renovated with shower and a service. The terrace has garden furniture and views of the pool. The rental price includes a private parking space. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
