For shared use: garden with lawn, 2 swimming pools round (seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, bus stop, sandy beach 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.
