Designed by renowned fashion designer Dick Holthaus, the Riad retains a unique personality, combining elegance, art and an atmosphere full of light and serenity.



Ideal for couples' getaways, or small family gatherings seeking to enjoy an exclusive and different environment, just a few minutes from Los Álamos beach and Málaga airport.



One of the suites has a jacuzzi, and the entire complex is reserved exclusively for guests, guaranteeing privacy and a relaxing stay.



Riad Mauresque is not just accommodation; it is a place with soul, designed for those who value beauty, tranquillity and the little details.



To make your stay even more special, the Riad has an exclusive list of premium services available upon arrival, amongst which you will find massages, wine selection, laundry and ironing service, private transfer, barbecue organisation, as well as early check-in and late check-out options. All these services are available upon request and with an additional cost, allowing you to personalise your experience during your stay.



The accommodation features a garden, terrace, barbecue area, hot tub in the Orchidea apartment and private pool, as well as air conditioning throughout the property, high-speed wifi, security camera and several outdoor areas to relax or spend time together.



The three apartments are distributed as follows:



Orchid Riad Apartment (2 people)

An intimate and elegant studio, ideal for couples. It features a 1.40 m bed, a whirlpool bath, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, air conditioning and a Smart TV. A space designed for a romantic getaway with quality details.



Jasmine Apartment (2-4 people)

Of a cosy and romantic style, it features a 1.40 m double bed and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, Smart TV and safe in the bedroom.



Pacific Apartment (2-4 people)

The largest of the three, located near the entrance of the grounds and with a small private terrace. It has a double bed, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, dressing room, ironing board, safe and Smart TV.



Outside you can enjoy the salt water pool, rest areas, wood or charcoal barbecue and landscaped spaces, perfect for outdoor gatherings or relaxing afternoons in the sun.



The location is another of its strong points: just a few minutes from restaurants, cafés and supermarkets, only 6 km from Los Álamos beach, and very close to places such as Battery Park, Aqualand or Málaga airport.



The accommodation accepts pets (with supplement), has a cot and high chair upon request and provides pool towels for your comfort during your stay. Additionally, for families travelling with babies, a baby service is offered with the cot prepared and special house details, available for a supplement.

📌 Booking Conditions

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 Cot and high chair with additional cost per booking.

🔹 Security system with camera (on the exterior where only the entrance to the accommodation is monitored).

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are admitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the booking. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise are not permitted during rest hours.

🔹 It is recommended to take out travel insurance in case of possible water restrictions decreed by the authorities.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 21:00 onwards incur an additional cost that must be paid upon check-in.
