This fantastic family accommodation is located among the pine forests of Torremolinos, very well connected by road and close to beaches and urban centres. With capacity for 12 people, the villa offers a spacious and peaceful space, ideal for enjoying with family and also for moments of rest.



The exterior is spectacular, with a large plot that includes a private and heated swimming pool (subject to prior hiring and payment of an extra) so that you can enjoy it both in summer and winter. Two porches and comfortable outdoor furniture ensure comfort and relaxation under the sun. The space to park up to three vehicles adds comfort to your stay.



The main villa has two floors:

**Ground floor:** entrance hall, laundry and ironing area, a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower, an additional toilet, and a children's playroom or games room with two bedrooms (one with two single beds and another with a double bed) that share a full bathroom with shower and double washbasin.

**Upper floor:** complete kitchen with access to a furnished outdoor patio, spacious and bright living-dining room with Smart TV, terrace with sea views on clear days, three bedrooms (all with double beds) and en-suite bathrooms, plus a courtesy toilet.



Additionally, the accommodation includes an independent cave studio for two people, with external access, small kitchen, double bed, bathroom with shower and furniture both inside and outside. A unique detail that provides character and privacy.



The villa is perfectly equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi, fireplace, barbecue, washing machine, dryer and several televisions. The American induction kitchen includes all necessary appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The location is unbeatable: just 2 km from Álamos Beach and supermarkets, 3 km from the Aqualand water park and Torremolinos bus station, and 7 km from Málaga airport. It is also close to golf courses, natural parks, and other famous cities and beaches of the Costa del Sol. The environment is ideal for families and children, surrounded by forest and with extensive outdoor areas.
