Summary:
Welcoming seafront apartment in Ed. Palacio del Mar, Torrevieja. This lovely third floor apartment has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a balcony overlooking the communal courtyard and pool below. It is directly across from playa de los locos beach and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday within walking distance.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
You enter the Property through the front door and to the left is the bathroom, you continue down the hallway into the open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has been recently been renovated and is equipped with a grill, microwave and dining room table. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, with a smart TV. From the living room you exit onto the balcony where there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The master bedroom and the second bedroom both lead off from the main living space, the master has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
Guest Access:
There is elevator access up to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located across the road from Playa de los Locos beach, you are situated within an easy walking distance of many bars, restaurants and shops.
Getting Around:
As there are many local amenities on your doorstep you don´t necessarily need a car and there is a bus stop right outside the apartment if you wish to venture further afield.
