Welcome to our modern 1-bedroom apartment in Estartit, where you can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in its cozy 40 square meters. This charming flat offers city views and is located in the heart of a lively and family-friendly neighborhood.
Comfort is within reach, with a restaurant just 100 meters away, the sandy beach of l'Estartit, and a supermarket. For nature lovers, the Illes Medes, Montgrí i Baix Ter Natural Park is only 1 kilometer from its location, providing a glimpse of the natural beauty of the Mediterranean.
The building has an elevator for easy access to the apartment, which also features a terrace for outdoor enjoyment. The living room is equipped with air conditioning (with heat pump) and a television, and if you need Wi-Fi, you can hire it for 10 euros/day for the entire family.
You'll find a communal pool to cool off and have fun with the family.
