Huvilassa on 3 makuuhuonetta, jotka on sisustettu viehÀttÀvillÀ yksityiskohdilla ja omistajien hoidolla. Makuuhuoneessa on 1. 50 mt leveÀ vuode, ja siihen kuuluu kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme. Muissa 2 makuuhuoneessa on 2 yhden hengen vuodetta, ja niissÀ on kylpyhuone suihkulla. 3 makuuhuonetta on lÀmmitetty sÀhköpattereilla.

Vaikuttava ulkoalue toivottaa puutarhat, katetut terassit ja kuistit tervetulleiksi. Nauti mielenkiintoisista nÀkymistÀ, kun uit upeassa uima-altaassa tai aurinkoa aurinkotuoleilla. Puutarhan keskellÀ on huvimaja, jossa on chill-out-alue, aivan valtavan kuistin edessÀ, jossa on grilli ja ulkoruokailutila. Die Villa ist sehr gemĂŒtlich mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Der Ausblick vom Berg ĂŒber das Meer ist phĂ€nomenal. Carlos ist der beste Gastgeber, den man sich wĂŒnschen kann und direkt zur Stelle wenn man ihn braucht . Er hat uns viele Tips gegeben und bei Buchungen geholfen . Er hat viel dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns hier ausserordentlich wohl gefĂŒhlt haben . Es war phantastisch hier .

Der Erstkontakt war sehr nett, Carlos ist ein herzensguter Mensch und hat uns bei der Ankunft in Torrox zum Haus begleitet.Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht von der Spitze des Berges ist grandios! Der Kontakt mit Carlos, wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts, war immer sehr herzlich.Er stellte uns viele Informationen fĂŒr die Umgebung zur VerfĂŒgung.Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Torrox sehr genossen.Einzig eine Toilette im Poolbereich wĂ€re noch wunderbar.Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe an Carlos von David, Claudia, Mandy & Tobi.

We had an amazing two weeks. Carlos welcomed us and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was delightful and quickly answered all my questions on what’s app The villa was v well equipped with coffee machines, juicer, panini maker etc everything you need.the air con was efficient We bbq a lot in the evening as the views were breathtaking with the sunrise and sunset. There were so many comfortable areas to enjoy the views around the villa.We had teenagers who were pleased the wifi worked and the table tennis was entertaining The pool was warm enough and well maintained by carlos. It does take about 12 mins to get up the hill to the villa with v tight corners and bends, so a decent car is recommended The surrounding villages Competa and Fruigiliana are definitely worth visiting and very spanish with lots of pretty places to eat. Nerja is great for shops and lively bars etc. and busier in the evenings. we also went to the Nerja caves with teenagers who enjoyed the morning . We could not fault the villa and Carlos. We can easily recommend to other holiday makers.

A lovely place to relax

The house is beautifully situated and offers a wonderful view of the surroundings. The house is well equipped with everything you might need, there are plenty of seating area's around the house, so you can follow the sun or shade around the house during the day. Carlos the host is an energetic and enthusiastic person who really takes pride in being a good host. The contact beforehand and upon arrival went well. He took the time to show the house and has a lot of information about the area that he shared with us via whatsapp.

Fantastic holiday villa

We have had a great stay. The villa was spotlessly clean.The views are phenomenal and you can either be in sunshine all day or shade. Everything works as it should. The villa has everything you need, very well equipped with excellent attention to detail and Carlos is a fantastic host very helpful and totally unobtrusive. Best of 6

2023 was the 6th year we have rented a Villa for 4 weeks on this coast near Malaga. They've all been good but this was the best. A family run business makes all the difference. Carlos is all you could hope for. An unobtrusive visit 3 times a week. Always available. Everything worked (even the bulbs!) Fantastic panoramic hill top views. Lovely garden, Pool and terrace. 6 choices of where to eat and drink (always 1 in the sun). Well equipped Kitchen. Lovely main Bedroom. Adequate 2nd bedroom. Small 3rd bedroom. The track up to it is slow and bumpy, but well worth it! We are 2 OAPs. Our 6 friends visited us in pairs. All loved it.

Breathtaking Views

We had the most amazing holiday at this beautiful property. The secluded villa was equipped with everything you could need including a brilliant BBQ area and swimming pool which we made good use of! The views were absolutely breathtaking from the property and the outside space was phenomenal, so many different areas to relax that were both in the sun and shaded too along with grape vines and fruit trees a plenty! We would totally recommend this gem of a property to anyone looking for a villa that is off the beaten track but only a short drive away from the beach, shops etc. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing

This villa was excellent for our one-week stay. There was everything you needed, even a “mosquito-killer” :-) It was very hot some of the days, so thank god for the pool and the aircondition (don`t be afraid to use the aircondition, we used it in the evening and some part of the nigths and only spend14 Euros for the whole week!) Carlos is an excellent host - very, very welcoming and helpful, he gave us lots of tips to the area. We didn’t hear him at all when he came to water the flowers and clean the pool, we think he’s a Ninja :-) Due to the hot weather we didn’t go around much, and no need to leave the house with the amazing view and possibility to jump into the pool to cool off. For grocery shopping we recommend Carrefour in the nearby town Nerja, they have excellent bread and a good selection of fresh vegetables and meat. Thank you Carlos, for renting out this amazing villa and thank you for beeing such a wonderfull host:-)

Fantastic!

The villa is perched on top of a hill at the edge of a valley with amazing views down to the Torrox coast and the Mediterranean sea. It isn't overlooked and has areas for sitting and dining throughout the day (there's always a shaded spot if you want one). Carlos, the owner, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay (answering questions via text when necessary, and arranging some activities for us when we asked). Great villa in a great location. Highly recommended :)

Une vue Ă  couper le souffle !

A notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Carlos. La villa est magnifique, confortable et la dĂ©coration soignĂ©e. La literie est de qualitĂ©. Mais le plus fabuleux c’est l’immense terrasse qui propose plusieurs emplacements et plusieurs ambiances. La piscine est trĂšs propre et agrĂ©able. La vue sur les collines andalouses et la mĂ©diterranĂ©e est vraiment extraordinaire. Carlos est un hĂŽte trĂšs disponible et toujours Ă  l’écoute pour ameliorer notre confort. Tout Ă©tait parfait. Il faut cependant prendre en compte la prĂ©sence de moustiques le soir mais de nos jours ils sont partout et Carlos nous a fourni tout le matĂ©riel nĂ©cessaire Ă©viter qu’ils ne perturbent nos soirĂ©es. Wat een prachtige locatie, dito woning en bovenal wat een service! Dankjewel Carlos,om er op die manier te zijn voor je gasten! De ontvangst was super hartelijk, aan alles is gedacht om de vakantie zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Bravo! Wij willen zeker terugkomen!.. x

El estado impecable, la localización espectacular, el servicio de lujo. Nuestro anfitrión, Carlos, volcado en su trabajo y en satisfacer al cliente como si fuésemos su familia. Nunca nos había costado tanto esfuerzo volver de vacaciones.

Peaceful Location

Had a very relaxing week here facilities outdoors were beautiful shower indoors could do with upgrading. Carlos was so helpful during our stay 10/10

Détente et déconnexion totale

Cette villa offre tout le confort nĂ©cessaire Ă  une retraite loin de tout... Les hauteurs nous ont offert des brises bienvenue avec la chaleur accompagnĂ©e d’une piscine avec une trĂšs belle vue. Carlos a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©sent tout en discrĂ©tion pour nous aider. Je recommande cette villa!!

Un Lugar ideal.

La casa es sencillamente espectacular. Provista con todo lo que necesitamos y exquisĂ­tamente decorada. Tiene todo el espacio que buscĂĄbamos para relajarnos en estos tiempos tan delicados. La verdad es que la sĂ©mana que pasamos allĂ­ se nos hizo cortĂ­sima y disfrutamos de una tranquilidad y relax como no hemos encontrado en ningĂșn hotel. Las vistas desde la casa son impresionantes, con unos paisajes de la sierra y el mar espectaculares en sus casi 360Âș. La piscina y todos los rincones de la terraza estĂĄn muy cuidados y en todas las comidas y noches la hemos disfrutado mucho. Carlos su propietario es un encanto, siempre dispuesto a solucionar cualquier peticiĂłn y atento a lo que se podrĂ­a mejorar. Hemos estado una familia de seis personas y esperamos volver, si tenemos la suerte de encontrarla disponible. Gracias por todo Carlos, ha sido un gran acierto encontraros.

Beautiful house on a high level!

We hebben een bijzonder mooie vakantie gehad. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en heel gezellig ingericht met een Moors tintje. De locatie is werkelijk adembenemend en het uitzicht verbluffend. De weg ernaar toe heeft wat procenten, maar absoluut geen probleem en op zich al een ervaring Het is zeker de moeite waard om naar boven te rijden en dan op zo n mooie rustige privé locatie aan te komen. Voor ons één van de beste vakanties tot nu toe. We willen eigenlijk nooit naar eenzelfde plek terug, maar voor deze gaan we zeker een uitzondering maken. Ook is er in de wijde omgeving heel veel te zien en te beleven. En bij dit alles een pluim voor onze gastheer, señor Carlos! Alles tot in de puntjes geregeld, stipt, een spontane ontvangst en het allermooiste is, dat het nog veel mooier is dan de plaatjes op internet! Met vriendelijke groeten, Peter Frans & Stella

Fantastic views and home from home

This was one of the best holiday homes we have ever been to and we have had a fantastic holiday! There are lots of lovely lanes to walk right from home and several picturesque white villages, more serious walking in the mountains as well as the beach, are a short drive away. The views are breathtaking! The price to pay for the views is the steep road, but fortunately it is a concrete surface and having got used to it it was not so bad. As long as noone comes the other way. With only three houses along the steep bit, there is not heavy traffic on it and we did not have any problem with a normal car. The house is equipped with absolutely everything one might want, way above what we experienced in many other holiday homes. We had mosquito nets on the bedroom windows, sharp knives and good-as-new non-stick pans and all the cutlery and plates and just about everything one might want in the kitchen. There is a barbecue as well and geckoes came and kept an eye on the mosquitoes every evening as we were having dinner outside. There is even a table for table tennis! We really liked the decoration of the house as well, found it very tasteful and very interesting with a bit of oriental touch! There are several seating areas outside and there is always a spot for both sun lovers and shade, every and any time of the day. And what really distinguished this house was the hospitality of the hosts; welcoming and ready to help and eager for us to have a good time. Which we did :-). We appreciated everything from Carlos meeting us and guiding us to the house to the welcome pack and Carlos looking after the garden and pool even before we got up.... THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!!!!! We hope to be back another year :-)
