You will enjoy a relaxing stay in this rural house, where you can enjoy the fabulous surroundings and the comforts provided, both inside and outside the house. If you want to recharge your batteries, have the services at hand and stroll through the beautiful whitewashed houses of Torrox, this house on the other side of the river Torrox, ensures a stay that you will hardly forget.

The house is distributed over two floors, with the upper floor being the main floor. Here, you will have at your disposal comfortable sofas, ideal to enjoy a regenerating siesta, a nice fireplace to warm up the atmosphere, a wooden dining table, and French doors that connect the living room to the fabulous terrace. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern furnishings and the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. The upper floor of the house also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, complete the layout of this floor.

The living room has air conditioning hot/cold.

The lower floor is on the same level as the garage, where vehicles can be parked, just below the terrace. On this floor is the third bedroom of the house, with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a small living room with a sofa. This air-conditioned flat is closed and is only open for groups of more than 5 people.

In the outside area, a cosy porch allows you to enjoy your meals with a view, while you fall in love with the magnificent views that stretch out in front of your eyes. On the right side of the house, you will find the private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing under the Andalusian sun. The Balinese bed, the sun loungers by the pool and the covered barbecue allow you to enjoy the warm atmosphere of Torrox. A laundry room, located next to the barbecue, completes the services of the outdoor area.

The house has cameras inside the house, which are switched on only in case the alarm is activated. When there are guests in the house, the alarm remains off, so the cameras do not record.

The access to the house is completely asphalted.
