You will find our Felicity Apartment in the hamlet of Maclino, just above Toscolano Maderno, in a small and quiet residence.

This comfortable three-room ground-floor apartment allows you to enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Garda and welcomes you with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The interiors are decorated with delicate shades of green and antique pink, creating an elegant, harmonious, and inviting environment perfect for a memorable holiday.

Ferienwohnung

Wer es mag in der Einsamkeit Ferien zu machen der ist hier richtig. Wir mussten 10 Min.mit dem Auto fahren um Menschen zu sehen. Die Wohnung war mit den billigsten Dingen ausgestattet, es gab noch nichtmal einen Staubsauger, das Fernsehen war eine Woche defekt. Der Sonnenschirm stand in einem Ständer der nicht zu gebrauchen war alles kaputt. Aber die Krönung war die Hausordnung, nur Verbote und Drohungen, es wurde angedroht wenn Haare vom Hund im Bett oder auf der billigen Couch zu finden wäre eine Geldstrafe zu entrichten. Auch beim Mülltrennen wurde eine Geldstrafe von 60.00 € aufgerufen. Die Kaution haben wir bis heute nicht zurück. Am Swimmingpool war die Dusche kaputt aber man durfe nicht ungeduscht hinein. Das einzige was schön war,war die Aussicht . Alles andere war Geldmacherei. Die Wohnung war das Geld nicht wert was wir bezahlt hatten.

Top mit kleinen Schwächen

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, netter Kontakt, Wohnung war sauber, die Ausstattung soweit vollständig, nur im Bad fehlen etwas mehr Ablage- und Aufhänge Möglichkeiten. Leider ist keine Klima vorhanden was wir wussten, aber durch das extrem warme Wetter was wir hatten wurde es schon mit bis zu 29C Nachts in der Wohnung unangenehm.
