駐車場は、どうやら、今だけ無料みたいです。今後はわからないとか。台数に限りがあるので、空いているうちに停めねばと早めにホテルに戻るようにしました。予約がつけれるとよかったと思います。チェックインID、チェックイン・チェックアウト、部屋番号、エントランスキー・ルームキー、全て数字です。スピーディーで便利ですが、年配の方たちが慣れるまで苦労していました。ルームキーをなくす心配はありませんでしたが、メモか携帯を身につけていないと困ったことになります。よい経験になったと思います。

現地のスタッフさんは非常に良く、困ったことないか？など気配りまで最高でした。 ただ、受付？ コールセンターみたいなところで、本部とのやりとりが必要で、延泊対応も連携取れておらず、延泊をお願いする、14日前には新たにネットから取り直す必要があるとのことで、取り直したところ、その際にも部屋は変わらずそのまま宿泊できると説明を受けましたが、部屋割りも変わってました。

客室、館内ともに清掃が行き届いていました。事前チェックインをしていたのでスムーズにチェックインはできました。事前チェックインの仕方も、メールで丁寧にしてくださり、また、駐車場のことで問い合わせた際も丁寧に対応してくださいました。
