This property is about as basic as anyone can get. Lino on the floor in the bedroom, no working heating, cold water only during the day. The owners are very tight with money. One sachet of hairwash per day and the smallest bar of cheap soap. No bath plug, no sink plug, very old, tired looking bedding and filthy room with accumulated dust on the horrible light fitting. Walls were filthy and rough, light fitting had wires sticking out of it. There were no tea/coffee making facilities and i had to use the same paper cup for 2 days stay. The owners are disgraceful in their penny-pinching, old fashioned B&B style accomodation. I qas freezing at night and could hardly sleep.

We are sorry that you did not like our establishment. Admittedly, the hotel is a few years old, but we make every effort to renovate it regularly and keep it clean. The rooms are rigorously cleaned every day, and if we find a defect, we make sure to remedy it. Heating only works if everyone uses it the same way, you can't heat and cool at the same time. Hot water is also available at all hours, you just have to let the water run for a few minutes. In any case, we are sorry for these inconveniences and wish you a good day.

The staff were very nice and welcoming at the hotel, and were happy to help. I liked the breakfast, it was self-service so we could help ourselves, the range was good and all the foos was nice. The hazelnut coffee available from the machine was delicious! The hotel was good value for money, great location for transport links and for being close to the city centre. One thing to be aware of is that there is no lift and so guests must use stairs to reach the reception desk and the bedrooms, so maybe not suitable for less mobile guests.
