fue una buena experiencia en general. sin embargo no me gusto que el elevador no funcionaba en la mañana, cargar maletas es muy pesado. quise cambiar el horario del taxi y ni habi forma de hacerlo pues intente llamar y nunca pude conunciarme. no habia alguien en recepcion. el lugar fue muy comodo , el personal muy amable.la limpieza no muy buena, habia restos de jabon en el baño, y la mesa tenia restos de pan. la cama tenia restos de chocolate. la cama muy comoda aunque las fundas de almohada no olian a limpio.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. In fact, after being there for 6 nights, we extended our stay for another 3 nights. Because it is across town from Gare Matabiau, we were worried at first that it would also be far from points of interest. However, that is not the case, and one can easily get to the hotel via the underground metro. Just take the A (red) line at Marengo Metro station one stop to Jean Jairès and change to the B (yellow) line going toward Palais de Justice & get off there. It is a short 8 min walk from there. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially a gentleman named Tony!! He personifies excellent customer service! The room itself was quite large, clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was well equipped.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé

Bon séjour, hôtel bien situé pour accéder au centre ville. L'hôtel est relativement calme, la chambre était spacieuse pour 4 et bien équipée. Nous avons pris le départ tardif, le prix est un peu cher juste pour 2 heures de +.

The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and close to the river and we really enjoyed walking everywhere from the hotel. Our only complaint is that the hotel generally does not answer emails. 5 stars for Tony at the front desk; he was super helpful and always cordial and made our stay extra pleasant. Merci beaucoup!

I’m afraid the quality of communication was awful. We had to be given the emergency room as the room we had ordered was given to someone else, as we were given the key and to our surprise someone was already there, don’t know who got the biggest fright, we were then given another room but didn’t have a terrace which is what we ordered, finally we were given the Emerson and free breakfast for the three days we were there, breakfast was lovely.. shower was dire and toilet spend all night filling up, which was very noisy, altogether not a good experience

No volvería por error muy grave de la recepción

Nosotros hicimos el check in tardío, ya que nuestro avión llegaba de noche; en la recepción no había nadie así que nos dejaron un sobre con un número de habitación que no se correspondía con la tarjeta que abría la habitación, lo que ocasionó que a las 7 de la mañana otro huésped abrió nuestra habitación, error muy grave, que según mi punto de vista debería haber sido subsanado con la devolución de la estancia. La habitación solamente disponía de un trapo de cocina, con lo cual no podíamos limpiar bien y no había cubo para limpiar suelo, teníamos que utilizar las toallas de baño si de repente algo caía al suelo…faltaban productos de limpieza. La cama era muy cómoda.

I've stayed here twice, the marketing for this property is good and quite deceiving, the rooms are quite run down and stains on the couch, old furniture, limited amenities. Unfortunately, stumbled to here twice, will try not to go again.
