No love for the customer

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Sadly they care little for their customers and the service is diffident and careless. Having stayed in another hotel of the same chain immediately prior to our stay in Tours, this is a local issue. A shame as the refurbishment is great and the facilities lovely. And Tours is a fabulous city

Well positioned city hotel

Central Tours hotel, in the heart of the city. A traditional hotel with history that has updated rooms offering modern facilities and decor. The communal areas need some TLC but without losing there history. The staff were multi-lingual and friendly. The car parking is secure and convenient although comes at an additional price. Conveniently situated to everything. Our chosen weekend was also the Marche de Noel, so the center was vibrant and festive.

Hotel hat eine eigene Tiefgarage aber wir mussten im öffentlichen Parkhaus abstellen . Hotel macht in den eigenen Unterlagen Werbung für Welcomedrink, aber das wurde uns nicht angeboten obwohl wir im Restaurant gespeist hatten

Hôtel super

Le personnel sympa et surtout l’hotel! Rien a dire. Je recommande cet hôtel Dommage que les peignoirs qui nous ont été mis sont pas si doux au toucher.

Very nice hotel, perfect location (middle of city)

The room was very quiet. The wellness area is small, but very nicely done.

Déçue !

Très déçu par l'hôtel qui est en travaux ... Du coup les moquettes sont poussiéreuses/ placos bruts dans le hall et il faisait un froid de canard dans les couloirs et la jolie pièce très atypique était dans le même état ! Donc j'aurais aimé être au courant de ses travaux lors de ma réservation car j'aurais choisi un autre hôtel pour l'anniversaire de mon mari ! Pour le reste RAS ! Je suis sûr qu'une fois restauré il retrouvera sa superbe d'autant !

Restaurant fermé le Week-end

Nous avions choisi l'hotel car un restaurant est référencé, nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir mais le restaurant est fermé le week-end. Dommage pour cet hotel, cependant le personnel est formidable et c'est un grand plus, nous avons été bien conseillé pour aller dans un merveilleux restaurant à la hauteur de nos attentes de fin gourmets.
