Room was very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful & extremely polite. Parking was good & location of BW was only a couple minutes drive from National Park. The only thing I would change next time would be requesting bottom floor. Second floor is rough on old folks knees.

Very close to the park, didn’t see a hot tub. Dog park looks like former pool area. Cornhole boards are in the dog park, but I don’t want to play on astroturf where dogs are walked.

Front desk staff was professional, friendly & helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean. The only negative comment about Best Western is there are no elevators to get to second floor. If you don't do well on steps, request the 1st floor. The breakfast was good, as well.

The smell of cleaning chemicals was so intense, we had to leave the door open. No windows either, there’s corn hook which is great but rather loud & joining rooms which was not something we expected. However, the strong chemical smell is really only notable issue.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The staff were all very friendly. It is walking distance to the festival event grounds.
