LVMR is not childproofed. The property includes stairs, elevation changes, outdoor walking areas, water features, natural terrain, wildlife, and shared retreat spaces. Guests are responsible for determining whether the accommodation is appropriate for their party and for supervising minors at all times.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Registered guests only. No parties, events, gatherings, commercial filming, or unauthorized visitors.
No pets are permitted. Qualifying service animals are accommodated according to Vrbo policy and applicable law.

REQUIRED PRE-ARRIVAL PROCESS: Laurel Valley Mountain Retreat uses secure self-check-in. Before access details are released, the primary guest must complete secure guest registration, accept the LVMR Guest Rental Agreement, provide accurate contact information, and complete any identity or fraud-prevention verification permitted for the reservation. A $1,000 refundable security authorization hold is required before check-in when the property-handled damage option is selected and displayed for the reservation. The hold is a temporary card authorization and is not normally a completed charge unless eligible amounts are captured. It may temporarily reduce available credit or funds. Release timing is controlled by the payment processor and issuing bank. LVMR does not sell or charge a separate damage waiver for Vrbo reservations. If the Vrbo damage process is selected instead, the Vrbo terms shown at checkout control and no duplicate LVMR authorization or damage product will be collected.
