To create a peaceful environment, we’ve set quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as per EPA requirements.



🎧 Noise Monitoring:



For your safety and peace of mind, we have noise monitors installed in the house and a security camera at the front (please note: the camera only monitors noise levels and doesn’t record any footage). If the noise reaches 85dB or higher, we’ll be alerted, and we may review the camera footage. We kindly ask that all guests respect the quiet hours and rules to avoid any disruptions.



🚫 In the Event of Non-Compliance:



We want everyone to enjoy their time here, but excessive noise or disturbances may lead to us having to cancel the remainder of your stay. We’re hopeful this won’t be necessary, but we take our community’s peace seriously.

House big enough for everyone to have their own room. Central location for us.Unfortunately cleaners were there when we arrived so check in wasn’t as smooth.
