The location close to the station and to a shopping mall with nice places to eat was very convenient. The breakfast was good and staff was generally nice. All in all a great experience, especially for that price.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the Internet connection was very reliable. The view from my room was spectacular, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was located in walking distance to Toyohashi station, as well as the city center and local shops. The standard was very high, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Toyohashi.

客室　ルートインらしい必要十分な設備大浴場　脱衣所がもう少し広いといいなと思う　でも十分駐車場　タワー式のため混雑すると時間がかかるので出発時間に余裕を持つ必要がある。隣接しているのは大変ありがたい。

無料アップグレードいただいたこともあり、部屋は広く、清潔で快適でした。他のルートインに泊まったことがありますが、同じようなテーブルとソファがあり、統一されていて良いですね。コンセントも各所にあり便利でした。朝食も十分なクオリティですが、よくあるメニューなので、地元の名物があるとより嬉しいところです。また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

予約時、禁煙ルームが良かったけど喫煙ルームしか空いてなくて仕方なく喫煙ルームに泊まった。予想以上に臭いがすごくて気持ち悪く、消臭剤拭きまくったけど全然効かなかった。建物内が普通に禁煙になってるご時世を思うと、全室禁煙にしてくれたら良いなと思った。 Wifiが何度試しても全く繋がらなかった(2人で宿泊したが2人共)。朝食は部屋が狭く、お客さんも多いのでカオス状態…スタッフの方も大変そうでトレイとか間に合わないことが多かった。トレイ置き場も満杯で、置き場所なくテーブルにそのまま置いてあるところがたくさんあった。
