We really enjoyed our stay at Andalouse. Upon arrival we were given an upgrade to a sea view room which was lovely, very spacious and plenty of amenities. The staff were very helpful during our stay.

The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing to one's eye. It was a quiet neighbourhood and the sound of the planes taking off was barely audible from the room, which was adequately insulated.

You get what you pay for

I Booked a room with a sea view, I got a room that was totally different from what I saw on the website with only a partial view. Cleaning was done only when we asked for it. Location was good and service was acceptable. You park your car on the street.

The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The location is not that bad. The Breakfast was delicious. The only note that I had about the hotel was about the house keeping service which need to be developed .

Need a lot of improvement

To be honest it was not good some of the staff could not speak english so it was very hard tp communicate with them. Also the room dod not get cleaned although we informed the reception about about it before we left to go out.

Amazing stay

Andalouse Hotel has definitely exceeded all our expectations, the penthouse was very spacious with nice comfy furniture and a jacuzzi. the view was amazing overlooking the city of Trabzon along with the Sea view and the airport runway. The TV was ready to use with Netflix access. lastly, the breakfast had a good variety of dishes. overall it was an amazing stay and highly recommended for families.

Where do i start , the shower drain was clogged , the shower it self didnt work correctly , the breakfast buffet had bees swimming in the honey , and yh they gave my room key to another visitor while i was still there . So i'd say it was a pretty terrible stay

First, the photos on the web site doesn’t match the reality at all. The place is not clean, when we arrived the blankets and the sheet on the bed was wet like they weren’t expecting any guests to arrive at that day. Second, I was in my room laying on the bed to be suddenly surprised by a woman interring my room without Knocking the door or even saying anything and when I called the reception to have an explanation, the guy said nothing useful and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. The bathroom was the worst thing I had in my room. A bad smell comes out all time and it was not clean when arriving, so I had to clean it by self. The only one good thing that I can mention is the location of hotel, the hotel was near to everything and at a safe neighborhood.

Ich war für Flitterwochen dort. Musste mit Brautkleid meinen Koffer bis ins Zimmer tragen. Das Zimmer stank extrem und war nicht so gross wie auf den Bildern. Es waren zu viele Accessoires im Raum die unnötig waren . Eine Mitatbeiterin die wahrscheinlich russisch stammig war, war sehr unfreundlich. Begrüsste das Paar vor uns, aber uns nicht. Als ich nach zucker beim frühstück gefragt habe war sie uninteressiert. Also ich würde definitiv nicht mehr hingehen.
