Charming villa of 125 m² located on a plot of 3000 m² with a beautiful swimming pool of 12m x 5m secured by an electric shutter.
- Submerged beach 1 m wide.
- Progressive depth from 1m15 to 2m
Large spaces around the swimming pool with:
- Deckchairs, parasols and garden furniture.
- Benches and hammock under the mulberry trees in peace and shade
- Ping pong table.
The villa is furnished in a traditional style.
- A living/dining room of 44 m² with sofa bed for two people.
- A 13 m² fully equipped kitchen.
- Two bedrooms (13 m² and 15 m²) with a bed of 140 x 190 and two single beds of 90 x 190

The house is located on the heights of Trans en Provence, 800 m from the center.
Small Provençal village with its shops (small traders, restaurants and centers
commercial).
In the center of the village, the Narturby waterfalls offer a wild setting between bridges
ancestral buildings and, on the heights, the air shaft built in 1931, unique of its kind.

## Access

All the spaces on the floor of this house are for travelers, we will ask each arrival to the tenants to take care of the premises.
The lower level is closed and inaccessible. Rest assured no one resides there during your presence. You will be the only occupants of the premises.
Care and love have been put in so that you have a great holiday so please respect it.

The house is located on the heights of Trans en Provence, 800 m from the center.
Small Provençal village with its shops (small traders, restaurants and shopping centres).
In the center of the village, the waterfalls of the Narturby offer a wild setting between ancestral bridges and, on the heights, the aerial well dating from 1930 unique in its kind.
Trans en Provence is 10 minutes from exit 36 of the A8 motorway.
Les Arcs sur Argens TGV station is 6 km away.
The village is 30 minutes from the sea and near the major seaside resorts of the Côte d'Azur (Ste Maxime, St Raphaël, St Tropez and further afield Antibes, Cannes and Nice)
The Gorges du Verdon located 70 km away allow a beautiful getaway in a fabulous setting.
In the surroundings, you can discover beautiful villages such as:
- the medieval village of Les Arcs (6 km) with its flea market every Saturday morning
- the village of Tourtour (village in the sky)
- Flayosc (first gate of Haut Var)
- Lorgues (and its famous Provençal market every Tuesday),
- Le Thoronet (superb Cistercian abbey)
- Salernes (and its earthenware)… etc
If you like golf you will find five courses within 30 minutes: St Endréol is the closest, then follow Roquebrune, Ste Maxime, Esterel, Beauvallon.
It is possible to rent bicycles in Les Arcs and there are several cycle paths.
You can kayak on the lake of Roquebrune and in Vidauban and further there is the Gorges du Verdon for kayaking and canyoning
