Charming villa of 125 m² located on a plot of 3000 m² with a beautiful swimming pool of 12m x 5m secured by an electric shutter.
- Submerged beach 1 m wide.
- Progressive depth from 1m15 to 2m
Large spaces around the swimming pool with:
- Deckchairs, parasols and garden furniture.
- Benches and hammock under the mulberry trees in peace and shade
- Ping pong table.
The villa is furnished in a traditional style.
- A living/dining room of 44 m² with sofa bed for two people.
- A 13 m² fully equipped kitchen.
- Two bedrooms (13 m² and 15 m²) with a bed of 140 x 190 and two single beds of 90 x 190

All the spaces on the floor of this house are for travelers, we will ask each arrival to the tenants to take care of the premises.
The lower level is closed and inaccessible. Rest assured no one resides there during your presence. You will be the only occupants of the premises.
