We were down graded from a suite to a regular room without any notification. We didn’t find out until check in leaving us without enough beds for everyone. They attempted to accommodate us by giving us a handicap room and 2 rollaway beds but the room was too small to accommodate the beds. The room smelled like urine

The pillows were feather a smelled terrible. The breakfast was out of lots of items and was cold. I will stay at another location when I return to Traverse City.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern. Friendly front desk staff. My only complaint would be that our check in time was 3:00, we arrived a little after 4:00 and had to wait until nearly 5:30 before our room was ready. Waiting in the lobby with squirrelly young children for over an hour was not ideal, but would still recommend the hotel overall!
