Located at the base of Old Mission Peninsula, a short drive for world class views and wine tasting! 4 sandy beaches within approximately a mile of our house. Live like a local and make yourself at home in our 2 bedroom suite.

This apartment is all yours! The beach, coffee and restaurants all within 1.5 blocks. Downtown TC shopping & restaurants 8 blocks (about a mile). Queen sized beds in each bedroom. Full size and twin size sofa sleepers for extra sleep space. Kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric fry pan, dishes and wine glasses for after your Peninsula wine tour.

There are lots of things to do in our area: Beaches - Bryant Park Beach, Senior Center Beach, Sunset Beach and Clinch Park Beach all within approximately a mile; Biking - try the TART Trail which connects you to resorts, shops, restaurants, parks and the waterfront - we do have a bike rack but we also have great bike rental shops in town; Hiking check out the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy for spectacular nature trails; rent a kayak, a paddle board to use on Grand Traverse Bay; chill out and try a SUP yoga class; visit the "Most Beautiful Place in America" by taking a drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes; root for the home-team and see the Traverse City Pit Spitters in action in their outdoor stadium; go back in time with a visit to the 1950's at the Cherry Bowl Drive-In.

For shopping go downtown or to the Mercato located at Grand Traverse "Commons" for cute boutiques; farmer's market - Sara Hardy market downtown or at the Commons or try farm stands on a drive around Old Mission Peninsula while you are wine tasting. Wine tasting is awesome in our little slice of heaven but for those of you who are more inclined towards beer we have lots of craft breweries in town. We have great restaurants downtown ranging from eclectic to high end. Grab a bite at Little Fleet (gathering of food trucks, check out their live music schedule) or try the roof tops at the North Bar or Pangeas Pizza. Most of our restaurants have pick up or delivery available if you decide to eat alfresco.

This suite is accessed at the side of the house from a paved sidewalk. It has charming angles due to the age of the home that make this a unique get away. The living space and bedrooms have TVs with Roku (Roku does have free content but if you would like to stream your own shows/movies please don't forget your streaming passwords). Bathroom contains a shower/tub combination; the tub is deep if you would like a nice soak. The house contains 3 apartment suites all with individual entrances and a commercial space rented to a law firm also with a separate entrance. Apartment is 100% private but please note that the entrance into the building is shared with the host to enable access to the basement. Access to the parking lot is through the alley which runs behind the building.

We have always taken cleaning seriously because we want our guests to be happy and feel like they can fully relax in our space. With today's environment we want you to rest assured that we are looking out for your safety. Our apartments are aired out in between guests, they are cleaned and then they are disinfected with special attention to given to touch points. Sheets and towels are all laundered with disinfectant. The apartment is inspected after cleaning and disinfecting to ensure that our standards are being met. Anyone who enters the apartment for cleaning and/or inspection is evaluated for health concerns and not allowed to work if there is any concern.

We have 3 apartments in one building for families or special get togethers where the group wants to vacation together but have their own space at the end of the day. All apartments have separate entrances.

Our house is properly zoned for hosting short-term guests and with the recent remodel received all of the appropriate building inspections and upgrades including a fire sprinkler system. We also do have security cameras which capture the exterior of the building including the parking lot and entrances to the building.
