The room was old, paint coming off the walls. Noisy exhaust fan in the washroom. Curtains did not close to make the room dark, there was too much light inside the room at night. Breakfast options did not have hot items.

The biggest problem was that there is a 25' to 30' shrub and curb divider between the rooms and our cars with no access walks to either the rooms or the cars. I have a neuropathy handicap that prevented me from safe and convenient access. Also, no safety bars in the shower.

The hotel is a short drive from downtown and various beaches. The street in front is busy, but our second-floor room was quiet. The room was large and included a desk, an easy chair, and a long counter. The lobby and breakfast room are attractive. The continental breakfast included a relatively wide range of options.

Andrew checked us in, he was great! Day staff was polite. (It was not their fault there was no sugar free syrup for breakfast. They should offer that option. (On our last day someone had breakfast before us and took ALL of the oranges. )

Room was clean, beds were great. Slept well. Coffee was good but breakfast underwhelming. Not noisy despite being on a busy thoroughfare. Pool liked AWESOME but didn't have time to use.
