The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodating to me and my pets, under stressful circumstances.I am so thankful this great new hotel exists, and is run wonderfully! Also it’s so clean and fresh!

Room wasn't ready upon check in, front desk staff were slow and not helpful. Once room was "ready" I went up and the cleaning person was still in the room. Room was only half cleaned (still had trash from prior guests, sink was full of dirty water, etc.). Room has been remodeled but still felt old. Breakfast was very limited (bagel, packaged muffin, or cereal). Was fine for one night but wouldn't want to stay longer.

Was not a great experience. Firstly rooms were not ready at check-in. The guy at front desk did not at what time the rooms will be ready. The house keeper Christina was absolutely rude when I was talking to the front desk gentleman. When I said that i don't need adjoining rooms, she said I am not taking too you in a nasty tone. Then was told rooms will bex ready in 10 minutes. How do you clean 2 rooms in that time. Vacuum, beds, wipe down etc. 20 minutes later no status update. We left and got back after 5pm and got the rooms. The breakfast on the first day was very limited as the food delivery was not in. The best day was better. On departure they could not print out receipt. Could not assist with Hilton honors points. Said the bags were for certain Hilton honors guests not all. Not a great experience.

New hotel so very clean. Staff very polite. Breakfast is typical; nothing fancy but will do the job to get you going. Coffee was decent. My only complaint was the gym: there wasnt one. Apparently the property is new and gym wont be available/installed for ? 6mthns. The expedia liating didn't mention this and there ia no sign or message on checkin. Maybe i am making a big deal but a work out in the AM is important to me when travelling. to find out when i am dressed and ready to work out thay no gym is available is unacceptable to me. Otherwise the property is good and recommended.

NOT A HILTON !!!

no pool !!no gym!! could not get the wi-fi to work front desk tried to help but just gave up wasn't a problem with just my phone my wife had same problem with her phone the continental breakfast was just okay bagels were awful. How Hilton could put their name on this new more budget brand was expecting something better with the Hilton name though I understand it was a cheaper version of Hilton I mean no gym no pool no wi-fi sill was $250 a night is unacceptable !!! Definitely better value at other hotel chains.
