Just 3 miles from downtown Traverse City, this 2164 sq. ft. home has towering hardwoods, large backyard, stone fireplace, open floor plan w/lofted ceilings, hot tub, AC, fire pit, & a pool table. This home is perfectly positioned to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and festivities of Traverse City! Explore wine country, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Long Lake, Twin Lakes Park, & more! This comfortable home is the perfect launching pad for all your adventures up north! 36 min. to ski Crystal!

You will have a unique passcode for your stay. I am available by phone or text.

The house is nestled on a one acre lot, surrounded by trees. It is difficult to see neighboring homes with the large wooded yard. There is a short but steep driveway off of Cedar Run Rd.

We have all new furniture, new furnace, humidifier, and A/C for the most comfortable stay. We have our favorite mattresses and favorite couch in this home! We hope you will enjoy them as well.

Loved the place, it was very clean and extremely well appointed. It had all the little extra things that you always forget like plastic wrap, scotch, tape, extra batteries, pens, and paper, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with full sets of dishes, cutlery, and pans, not a bunch of odds and ends. Kitchen even had a large selection of spices. Everything was in date not just old stuff left behind.The host was very nice and very responsive. Nice views. The house seemed very private, but was minutes from town. Would definitely stay again.

Traverse City Therapy

We had a great time during our stay at Traverse City Therapy. The house was just as described. We so appreciated all the attention to detail and appreciated all the extras that were provided. The beds were very comfy and the location was serene. We were up north for the Fourth of July and liked being away from all the traffic. Kelsey was an excellent host and checked on us during our stay and was a great communicator. We will definitely stay at one of her properties again.

Owners are just as awesome as the property

This was my second time staying at one of Mr and Mrs Testa’s houses, and both times have been awesome!! Their houses are so luxurious and fully equipped for a relaxing and fun getaway, the owners are super friendly people and easy to reach, and the properties are comfortably secluded but still easy to find. The only thing I would change is how long I can book for, because it’s never long enough and when checkout time came I didn’t want to leave. Can’t recommend enough!

Family Christmas

My family likes to cook/eat, play games, sit in the hot tub, relax, explore the area. This house and location were great for us. Our hosts Joe and Kelsey were wonderful to work with. We were there during the winter with lots of snow, they made sure the driveway was plowed before we arrived and before we left at the end of our stay. We were able to enjoy our family time worry free.

Perfect Retreat in Traverse City – A Truly Unforgettable Stay!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Traverse City Getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the location and charming, well-maintained property. The home is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The highlight, of course, was the breathtaking views—whether we were relaxing in the hot tub or hanging out in the entertaining lower level, it was clear we were in a prime spot to take in all the natural beauty of the area.The property is ideally located, just a short drive to downtown Traverse City and all the amazing attractions, including vineyards, and top-notch restaurants. Yet, it also offers a peaceful retreat, surrounded by nature, where we could unwind after a day of adventure. The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations for local activities.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip. Our stay at Traverse City Therapy was great. Our group had seven adults and found it to be a good location for many of our day trips in the area. Great house convenient to everything Traverse City and surroundings... Great local contacts/owners.

Our stay at TCT was wonderful -- perfect location for exploring the TC and surrounding areas-- and it is super close to Moomers Ice Cream (a bonus)! The space was perfect for our party of 7, the owners/contact are local (I love this!) and super responsive-- thanks so much! I would return if we are ever in the area again.
